Vargas and the Mindfulness Institute NW Illinois nfp supports individuals and organizations to develop mindfulness, clarity, wisdom, compassion and inner sustainability through the study and practice of mindfulness in everyday living. In our Mindfulness programs participants learn to use mindfulness as a vehicle for active learning of how to face and embrace the enormity of their own life experience. Participants learn to use mindfulness practices to build-up and fortify the strengths they already have. They learn to do something for themselves that will improve their health and wellbeing, both physical and psychological.
