  • 소개/요약We offer mindfulness meditation classes in the New Orleans area. For some individuals, mindfulness can reduce stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and symptoms of various illnesses.We also offer a weekly meditation class open to anyone and meditation workshops for companies. Our main offering is an 8-week course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). MBSR combines training in mindfulness meditation with an exploration of stress. It has been taught for 40 years and numerous studies have shown its effectiveness for a range of conditions.
