- 소개/요약Hyde Park Zen is a group of UChicago students and Hyde Park community members that meets weekly to sit for zazen meditation, dharma talks about our practice, and community discussion Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7:30pm. We are affiliated with Ancient Dragon Zen Gate, a Soto Zen temple located on the North Side, practicing in the Soto Zen tradition of Shunryu Suzuki and lead by guiding teacher Taigen Dan Leighton. We welcome you to into our community regardless of your experience with zazen meditation or Zen practice, and would be glad to offer meditation instruction if desired!
