Dhamma Pushkar is managed by Vipassana Kendra Pushkar, a registered charitable trust.The Centre is surrounded by the age old Aravalli hills on one side while the sacred lake of Pushkar and sprawling sand dunes stretch on the other. This beautiful, pristine twelve acres property is situated about 6 kms from Pushkar, 14 kms from Ajmer and about 130 kms from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan.The Centre has presently a Dhamma Hall (with a capacity of 120 meditators), 32 male and 20 female meditator residences, a 62-cell Pagoda complex, Teacher residences, Dining Hall and staff residential quarters.
