- 소개/요약Although most meditation centers are rooted in a particular tradition within Buddhism, the NBMC does not claim affiliation with any particular form of Buddhist practice. We welcome practitioners from all Buddhist traditions, as well as those who are simply interested in the practice of meditation. Our dharma speakers, class topics, and library materials represent a variety of Buddhist practice and thought, including Theravadan, Zen, and Tibetan traditions. We offer a variety of meditation times and programs to support the community in the practice of Buddhist meditation.
