The Druk sect which Phajo Drugom Zhigpo conveyed in 13th century enlarged the power and after 17th century it gained almost all the lands under control. As a result of religious unification, a nation called Bhutan was founded, and main hall of monasteries became to be constructed in the many precincts. In the times when the main hall of Buddhist monasteries had almost never existed, priests were devoted to meditation practices.
