- 소개/요약The present case study examined the effectiveness of Mindfulness protocol for the enhancement of sport performance. The participant was a 20-year-old collegiate athlete. The participant stated that competitive anxiety produced unwanted sensations. Intervention was carried out over 11 sessions (about 60 minutes/session). The results showed that, after the sessions, her performance improved. These results suggest that Mindfulness approach might enhance collegiate athletes’ performance.
