内观认知疗法对40名大学生心身症状的影响

- 소개/요약Objective: To explore the influence of reformed NaiKan cognitive therapy on psychosomatic symptoms and its applicability among college students. Methods: Forty-six undergraduate students were recruited to participate in the reformed NaiKan cognitive therapy during 7 days. All participants were estimated with the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the self-made questionnaire on the participation motive. Forty students completed the NaiKan cognitive therapy, and the drop-nut rate was 13%. Results: The questionnaire results of participation motive showed that modem college students paid attention to themselves mental health. Before the therapy, the positive rate of SCL-90 was 42.5% among completed participants. After the therapy, SCL-90 total score and subsores were all decreased [SCL-90 total score: (160.8±44.9) vs. (123.2±31.0), P<0.001]. Conclusion: Reformed NaiKan cognitive therapy is feasible and can relieve different psychosomatic symptoms among college students.
