- 소개/요약幸福,可以是當下處於專注、喜悅、寧靜的狀態,也可以是快樂生活的總稱。近年來,美國有兩門受歡迎的生命教育課程,其一是哈佛大學的幸福學;其二是卡巴金博士的正念減壓課程。這兩門課程提醒我們,在日復一日的忙碌生活中,我們遺忘,幸福需要學習,快樂需要學習,專注覺察當下的幸福生活更需要學習。當前,美國與歐洲的臨床醫界、心理學界已將源於佛教的「正念治療」(Mindfulness Therapy)視為重要的治療技巧,以緩和身心壓力,促進社會福祉為目標。本文嘗試奠基正念的初期佛教經典基礎,就正念療育為幸福探討主題,正念日記為幸福指標,期以考察正念幸福之道/ Happiness may be in the state of focus, joy, and peace at present, or may be also a general term for a happy life. Recently, there’re two popular curricula of life education in America; One is the course of happiness in The Harvard University, and the other is mindfulness based stress reduction course by Dr. Kabakin. This two courses remind us that in every busy life we forget, and happiness needs learning, joy needs learning, focusing on the present happy life also needs learning.
