- 소개/요약Abilities that leaders must possess are changing with the spread of hybrid work environments. A high level of performance is required for leaders, and at the same time leaders must manage their team members, some of whom work from home while others work at the office, which becomes complicated and difficult. For these reasons, leaders’ stress is increasing. The existing management methods are no longer effective in the hybrid work environment, making it necessary to develop leaders who can function effectively in this environment. This paper discusses the need for improvement of leaders’ inner strengths, and argues for mindfulness as the way to do it. Although the effectiveness of mindfulness is scientifically proven, it exhibits some problems. We propose to find the solutions in the combination of coaching and the wisdom of Buddhism.
