- 소개/요약Cohorting Clostridium difficile infection (CDI) patients is a strategy which has not been thoroughly evaluated. We compared clinical characteristics and outcomes of CDI patients treated in a common isolation unit (CIU) versus those treated in their bed of diagnosis. Patients treated in the CIU showed lower mortality rates and antibiotic usage; however, a higher recurrence rate was reported.
