  • 소개/요약Parental mental health plays a key role in child well-being and may promote resilience in the context of child medical illness. This talk will describe how a mindfulness-based stress-reduction intervention during pregnancy was associated with decreases in maternal perceived stress and symptoms of depression, with effects maintained postpartum. This presentation also will describe how the intervention appears to relate to variations in offspring stress physiology and behavioral regulation via prenatal programming effects of the reductions in maternal distress.
