- 소개/요약Mindfulness, a traditional Buddhist practice, has emerged more recently as a popular clinical intervention across a wide range of psychiatric disorders and is a core component of several widely used evidence-based treatments. This workshop comprehensively introduces the participants to mindfulness as a valuable clinical intervention in working with children, adolescents, and their families. Specifically, participants will be able to do the following: 1) learn the construct of mindfulness and its history and current use in clinical practice; 2) understand the growing research base for mindfulness as a clinical intervention; 3) participate in several in vivo mindfulness exercises; 4) understand specific case examples using mindfulness; 5) learn how to integrate mindfulness into clinical practice; and 6) learn how to develop their own regular mindfulness practice.
