  • 소개/요약Research on mindfulness meditation has, to date, focused almost wholly on the intrapersonal effects of meditation practice. Numerous reviews and meta‐analyses collate the myriad cognitive, emotional, and physiological consequences of meditation practice. Intrapersonal effects of meditation include increased mindfulness (Quaglia, Braun, Freeman, McDaniel, & Brown, 2016), enhanced emotion regulation (Chambers, Gullone, & Allen, 2009), changed body awareness and self‐perception (Hölzel et al., 2011), altered brain physiology and anatomy (Fox et al., 2014), attenuated anxiety, depression, and pain (Goyal et al., 2014), as well as improved attentional processing, working memory capacity, and executive functioning (Chiesa, Calati, & Serretti, 2011; Malinowski, 2013).
