- 소개/요약A growing body of research has revealed a relationship between mindful meditation, exposure to nature, and perceived self-nature interconnectedness, with important implications for pro-environmental attitudes and behaviors, and psychological well-being (e.g., Howell et al. 2011; Nisbet and Zelenski 2011; Wolsko and Lindberg 2013). Given the importance of perceived self-nature interconnectedness for environmental and psychological well-being, more research is needed to examine the relative influence of mindful meditation and nature exposure on self-nature interconnectedness. Mindful meditation involves focusing one’s attention on thoughts, perceptions, and sense experiences occurring in the present moment (Kabat-Zinn 2005). Is there a difference in perceived connectedness to nature when spending time in nature vs. spending time in nature mindfully?
