  • 소개/요약The purpose of The present research was to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness training on children with ADHD and parents parenting style. The study sample is 36 children with ADHD and their mothers. The subjects were divided randomly in three groups of mindfulness training with mindful parenting for parents, child mindful-ness training group and mindfulness training of parents parenting. All participants were asked to complete Con-ners' Adult ADHD Rating Scales (CAARS) scales (1991) and Buri Parental authority questionnaire. For data analysis, variance analysis was used. The findings of study showed significant reduction in behavioral problems of ADHD, significant increase in mindful awareness and significant reduction in inefficient parenting style. Thus, mindfulness training was effective on reduction of behavioral problems of children.
